A Graphic-Heavy Special Edition

Ford has introduced a limited-run version of the EcoBoost-powered Ford Mustang called the TLD Signature Edition, developed in collaboration with Troy Lee Designs. The package focuses primarily on styling, bringing a motorsports-inspired visual theme to the four-cylinder Mustang. Production will be capped at 550 units, and the appearance package carries a $3,000 price tag on top of the EcoBoost trim’s base price.

Graphics That Define The Look

The special edition is available exclusively in Shadow Black, a choice intended to highlight its vivid livery. Multicolor graphics stretch across the body, incorporating shades of red, yellow, blue, and purple that form gradient streaks flowing toward the front of the car.

Horse In Motion

A running-horse emblem appears within the design, creating the impression of forward motion even when the car is stationary. Similar angled graphics also appear on the hood, reinforcing the racing-inspired theme developed by Troy Lee Designs.

Borrowed GT Styling

Although it’s based on the EcoBoost model, the TLD Signature Edition adopts several exterior components from the V8-powered Ford Mustang GT. The hood, grille, and front fascia all come from the GT, giving the four-cylinder model a more aggressive appearance. The grille features a Sinister Bronze Mustang emblem, and the front “nostril” openings receive matching bronze accents. The same color finish appears on the car’s 19-inch wheels, helping tie together the otherwise colorful exterior design.

Interior With Matching Accents

Inside, the special edition receives a lightly customized cabin designed to echo the exterior theme. Black leather seats feature Carmine Red inserts and red stitching, creating a strong contrast against the darker interior surfaces.

Unique Badging

The dashboard carries a multicolor pony logo alongside Troy Lee Designs branding and a serialized identification plaque, marking each example as one of the 550 units scheduled for production.

Limited Availability And Pricing

Orders for the TLD Signature Edition package opened March 27, 2026. Buyers can add the $3,000 package to the EcoBoost Mustang, which starts at $32,640 for the fastback and $40,400 for the convertible before destination charges. The TLD version joins a growing list of Mustang variants arriving for the 2026 model year, including the RTR appearance package and the high-performance Ford Mustang Dark Horse lineup, as well as the forthcoming  Dark Horse SC that will produce more than 700 horsepower from a supercharged 5.2-liter V8.
