1992 Mustang GT coupe 5.0L
The Fox Body Mustang was Ford Motor Company's most popular model since its introduction of the Mustang way back in 1964. It was built from 1979 to 1993 and was one of the longest-running generations of platforms ever built. The third-gen Mustang has gained a reputation as an enthusiast's dream. This pristine, low-mile example has been listed for sale on eBay.

Classic Style
Throughout the1980s and '90s the automotive aftermarket took notice. Owners were able to customize their cars with easy bolt-on parts that improved performance and appearance. The new mechanical upgrades ranged from short-throw shifters, and high-flow exhaust systems to throttle bodies and superchargers, all for the quest for more power.
Super clean 5.0L V8 engine !
Under the hood, you can find Ford's high-output 5.0 Liter V8 engine making 225 horsepower at 4,200 RPM, backed up with a 5-speed manual transmission the 92' GT was a top performer for its time. The engine compartment is clean and shows no signs of any accident damage.
Driver comfort
All Fox Body Mustangs featured front bucket seats with the transmission shifter on the floor, there were no column shifters offered. Over the years the fabric on the seats ranged from plain vinyl, vinyl with cloth inserts to full leather seats, even the door panels were leather-wrapped with cloth inserts. The 1992 Mustang we have here is outfitted in cloth-trimmed seat centers with leather sides and backs.
Luxury door panels
The door panels and lower half of the dashboard are covered in a light tan that complements various black components, such as the steering wheel and instrument panel. The door panels also feature storage pockets and power window controls.
Super clean chassis
The owner states the Mustang has always been garage kept, and it shows. It looks like it came right off the dealer's lot in 1992. The front sub-frame is clean and undamaged, even the engine and transmission show no signs of leaks. Considering the age of the car the floors are just amazing with no signs of rust or damage. The Mustang is even sporting its original exhaust system!
1992 Mustang wheels
For wheels and tires, this Mustang came equipped with 16x7 Pony wheels, named for the dancing horse on the center cap. They were made from cast aluminum and could be optioned in chrome or in a satin silver finish. The tires are Goodyear Eagle ZR speed-rated tires. Behind them, you can see the 11-inch brake rotors that gave it superior stopping power.

Untouched
For appearance the Fox Body owner had unlimited choices, examples included fiberglass hoods and rear spoilers that were not only light-weight but functional as well, custom headlights and tail lights were also a popular trend. Most owners would modify their cars as much as their budget allowed, some would only do a few upgrades but most went all the way and did everything they could to max out the performance and looks of their ride. That's not the case with this 1992 Mustang GT, it's at the complete opposite of the spectrum, completely unaltered from the factory setup.
