Red Devil Dawn

Conceptualized in 1978, Ford's Fox platform was utilized across a variety of Ford and Lincoln models. It's goal? To shed each brand's stodgy reputation and breathe life into each brand with designs that were lightweight and simple. This ’92 Ford Mustang is a foxy horse-powered beast for sure, complete with a minimalist 90’s sensibility that will thrill both collectors and performance aficionados alike.

Sunlight Flickers On

This red devil’s blemish-free interior offers a fine mix of Oxford White leather and vinyl wrap. The power articulating front bucket seats up front are a testament to comfort and speed, and both they and the rear bench seats pop thanks to crisp black piping that rounds out their borders.

The car is powered by an immaculately clean Ford 5.0-liter V8 engine that comes complete with the vehicle’s original intake manifold, electronic fuel injection, and 5-speed manual transmission. The Mustang also features black painted steel frame and suspension and original factory-installed tubs and rockers. Only the driveshaft shows even the slightest bit of rust, a testament to the immaculate shape the car has been kept in.

The no-frills, black vinyl dash adds to the car’s subtle-yet-sporty style but has plenty of room for modifications and/or contemporary audio and navigational additions. The dashboard is typical of Ford’s boxy 90s design style, although every gauge cluster is clean and includes a steering wheel airbag and cruise control buttons. It’s a control panel that is, like the car’s interior, in remarkably good shape for a '92 with less than 60K original miles.

Blood River Rise

Fun fact: rear spoilers didn't appear on Ford Mustangs until the 1980 edition, which debuted as that year's Indianapolis 500 Pace Car. This '92 features a perfectly intact rear spoiler that looks great in juxtaposition with the car's color-coordinated bumpers. The vehicle also features a while canvas convertible hood which will have you turning heads on city blocks in rain and sunshine.

Cling to the Diamonds

This '92 Mustang is all fox —with plenty of horses to spare. In fact, by the mid-1990s the Ford Mustang was the only car still being produced on the company's Fox platform. By the turn of the century, the platform evolved into the Mustang Cobra program that would go on to be produced for a decade. Clean, well-running original "Fox" Mustangs like this one are a rare find, the perfect combination of 90's attitude and classic Mustang power.
