The '65 Mustang pictured above has had some tasteful upgrades but still retains its classic appeal. This model is going up for auction and is expected to fetch between $30,000 - $40,000.

Powertrain

Under the hood sits a 351ci V8 Cleveland engine with a 4-barrel carburetor. All of this unit's power is sent through a C6 3-speed automatic transmission.

Laying it Down

Helping get all of this Mustang's power to the road is its 9-inch rear end. This car's Kumho radial tires ensure there's plenty of traction when you step on the gas.

Performance Parts

The previous owner has fitted this Mustang with an Edelbrock intake manifold and Flamethrower coil. The car also has a dual exhaust system that exits through its valance.

Handling

A Rod and Custom coilover front end keeps this car planted through the bends, meaning it's not just quick in a straight line.

One of the features that stands out the most on this car is its polished American Racing Torque Thrust wheels: these rims house four disc brakes.
