10.16.05: Engine Bay Dress-Up

The engine bay on the GT leaves much to be desired, but there are plenty of great dress-up parts on the market. The first thing you need to dress up your engine bay is an intake plenum cover from Midwest Auto Gear. They offer the covers for both V6 and GT and with several options. You can choose the silver that I chose, or any of the stock 2005+ Mustang colors. You can also choose to have the GT logo molded in, but I chose the plain cover and got a 1999-2004 Mustang grille pony from Clevenger Parts and had "POWERED BY FORD" decals made. Unfortunately, the plenum cover will not fit with the Steeda strut tower brace, so I'll only be using this cover for shows.

UPR provided cap covers for the windshield washer, oil, radiator, and power steering.
